90-Minute Session – 15 min intention & tea sharing – 45 min heart-opening breathwork – 20 min immersive sound healing – 10 min integration & rest This session blends heart-centered breathwork with healing sound vibrations to help you release, integrate, and restore. Perfect for those seeking the full arc of transformation—activation, emotional clearing, and deep relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your breathwork session, please review the following policy: Cancellations 24+ hours in advance – Full refund or option to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours – 50% of the session fee will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows – No refunds. The full session fee will be charged. If an emergency arises, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
