 Conscious Breathwork 

A space to slow down, release, and return to yourself.

 

Each session begins before we meet. You’ll receive gentle reflection prompts to help you notice what is present in your body and life:

what you may be ready to release, and what you’re ready to welcome.

 

When we begin, we take time to connect. You are heard first.

This creates the foundation for safety in the body.

From there, we move into conscious breathwork.

Through rhythmic breathing, attention shifts

from the mind into the body,

allowing emotions, sensations, and memories to surface naturally. Nothing is forced.

I guide the session with care and sensitivity, supporting your nervous system as the body begins to soften and release.

 

Each experience unfolds differently. Some feel warmth or movement, others deep stillness or emotional release.

 

All responses are welcome.

We close with integration: time for the body to settle and

for what has shifted to gently land.

What This Work Supports

 

This work is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about creating space for what has been held to gently move.

Through breath, sound, and presence, you may begin to:

  • release patterns the body has been quietly carrying

  • reconnect with your inner rhythm and felt sense of self

  • soften the ways you hold pressure, control, or self-judgment

  • move through transitions with more clarity and grounding

  •  feel more at home in your body, your emotions, and your life

Sound Healing 

Sound becomes a space for the body to rest.

​

Using crystal bowls, gongs, and subtle sound textures, I create an intuitive soundscape that supports deep rest, regulation, and restoration.

​

This is a time to receive.
To allow the body to reorganize and settle.

Many leave feeling grounded, open, and quietly restored.
