Joshua Tree Yoga Festival

I’ll be guiding a breathwork session at the Joshua Tree Yoga Festival this Saturday—an immersive gathering of movement, music, and healing practices in the desert.

This session offers a space to release, regulate, and reconnect through conscious breath. Rather than pushing for an experience, we work with what is already present—allowing the body to soften and open in its own time.

Set within the stillness of Joshua Tree, this is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and return to yourself.
