The Svadhishthana means "the residence of self" and is  known as "Sacral Chakra." It is located in the pelvic bowl/sacrum, and it corresponds to feminine energy, base emotion, sexuality, and creativity.

We will work on releasing wounded emotions, fear of judgments, repression, and control energies, secrets kept in the body,

1. Introduction

2. Brief meditation and movement that help open up the sacral Chakra.

2. Self-reflective writing time with questions given by Yuna.

3. Sharing (only if you want ) with the group.

4.  40 minutes of active breathing session guided by Yuna.

5. Connecting with participants over snacks and drinks.

Healing and opening up the Sacral Chakra will allow us to free our stuck emotions and go with life's changing flow.
