The Throat Chakra Healing Breathwork & Soundbath Ceremony

I am happy to announce another monthly breathwork/soundbath workshop focusing on our throat chakra. Before our breathwork and sound bath, we will reflect on our blockages and histories regarding our self-expression and learn and practice conscious and non-violent communication. Healing our chakras and learning, practicing, failing, and retrying these communication skills is a lifelong journey, and I am thrilled to be on this journey with my breathwork friends.
