Service Description

Each virtual session is a trauma-informed, personalized healing experience shaped by what you bring and what your nervous system is ready for. We begin with gentle self-reflection questions to help you check in with your body and emotional state. These questions often open into deeper themes such as unresolved experiences, emotional patterns, or ongoing stress. You are invited to share at your own pace, with no pressure to go further than feels safe. From there, we move into conscious breathwork supported by sound and music selected intuitively in real time. The breath rhythm, pacing, and playlist are tailored to you, based on what I hear in your sharing and how your system responds. This helps the breathwork feel grounded and supportive rather than intense or overwhelming. Sound supports nervous-system regulation and integration, helping the body settle and absorb what has shifted. When time allows, we close with gentle integration and personalized affirmations created specifically for you. One-on-one sessions are approximately sixty minutes. Sessions with two or three people are longer to ensure each person is fully heard and supported. This session is ideal if you’re seeking deeper emotional clarity, nervous-system support, and a more relational approach to healing.
