A soulful breath journey to release tension, reconnect with your body, and open the heart to deeper clarity and peace. Includes: – 15 min of intention + tea sharing – 45 min of guided three-part breathwork – 10 min of rest and integration
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your breathwork session, please review the following policy: Cancellations 24+ hours in advance – Full refund or option to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours – 50% of the session fee will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows – No refunds. The full session fee will be charged. If an emergency arises, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
